3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1. Prices of the goods purchased are those indicated on the Grace’s Wonders website at the date of the order. All costs that the customer has to bear (price of the good, shipping/delivery costs or postal charges) are highlighted on the site. For any additional payments an express consent will be required before the order confirmation.

3.2. All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public VAT included.
3.3. The final cost for the Customer, including VAT and shipping costs, will be communicated to the Customer in the online purchase process before he finishes the order by choosing the option "Confirm" from the order summary page.
3.4. The bank responsible for the transaction will authorize the payment by debiting the amount relating to the purchase made at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction.
3.5. Our website accepts payments made with the main credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, as well as payments via PAYPAL.
3.6. Payments are made with the utmost security and confidentiality of data. When making the payment by credit card, the Customer is connected directly from the Site to a secure page (SSL) of the website of the Bank that deals with the online transaction. On this page are available the most advanced security protocols to date to authenticate payments on the web and the CV2 code, code consisting of the last three digits on the back of the credit card, which allows you to verify that the person making the payment is actually in possession of the card.
3.7. The data entered by the Customer and the credit card data are not accessible by Grace’s Wonders or any third party, neither at the time of placing the order nor at a later time. No computer archive of Grace’s Wonders retains such data. Grace’s Wonders can therefore in no case be held liable for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on the Site.

4. STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT AND ITS ACCESS TO IT

4.1. Orders received are stored electronically within the Grace’s Wonders server, the registered user can access orders and check their status by consulting, from the User Menu, the section Your Purchases, or by sending an email through the Contacts section of the site, as "guest user", without registration.

5. PROCEDURE FOR CORRECTING ERRORS BEFORE THE FINAL ORDER IS SENT

5.1. For each order it is possible to modify or correct any errors during the whole purchase process, in particular:
• inside the shopping cart you can change the ordered quantities and remove the inserted items;
• within the Order Summary you can change the data regarding billing, delivery and payment;
• within the secure page (SSL) of the website of the Bank that deals with the online transaction, it is always possible to cancel the transaction and return to the shopping cart of the Grace’s Wonders website

6. METHOD OF DELIVERY

6.1. For each order received, Grace’s Wonders issues a Transport Document (DDT), which is transmitted to the carrier who will deliver the goods, the DDT also contains the information necessary to identify the Customer. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section for the regulation in the details of this phase.
6.2. The Carriers used for deliveries are defined from time to time. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section for the regulation in the details of this phase.
6.3. The delivery costs are borne by the customer and are indicated when the order is placed.

7. INVOICING

7.1. Grace’s Wonders will issue a receipt of payment for each order, in the name of the natural person who executed the order; the receipt will be delivered together with the order that will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the information provided to Grace’s Wonders for billing purposes.

7.2. Once issued, in compliance with current legislation, the receipt of payment cannot subsequently be changed.
