7. Deliveries will take place exclusively from Monday to Friday (from 8.00 to 18.00) and will not take place on Saturday, Sunday and Italian Holidays. Deliveries may suffer delays and delays in the period from 20 November to 10 January each year and in the periods of Italian Holidays.
8. The Shipment takes place only after the full payment of the order. N.B. Full credit is subject to the timing of the Credit Card circuit and the Customer’s banking circuit.
9. Grace’s Wonders will arrange the Shipment to the address indicated by the Customer on the order according to the methods chosen. Then a summary email will be sent containing a Tracking number with which the Customer can monitor their shipment and possibly contact the MBE Service Center of Lissone for further information.
10. If the Courier will make the delivery and the Customer will not be available, the Recipient is given the right to request the free return of the shipment within three days following the first delivery attempt.
11. In the event that the package is returned for non-delivery due to the unavailability of the package and/or failure to collect the package from the Customer, The latter will not be entitled to any refund of shipping costs and will have to pay the costs of storage and return of the package. If the Customer no longer wishes to purchase the returned product, he may receive a refund of the amount paid net of the costs for non-delivery that will be deducted from the amount paid. Please note that, no later than thirty days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, the contract will be considered terminated. In the event that the Customer wishes to proceed with receiving the purchased products, he will have to bear the shipping costs again.
12. The boxes have adequate dimensions and packaging and the items are well protected.
13. The goods travel at the Customer’s risk and peril.
14. At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer shall verify that: - the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the goods shipped; - the packaging is undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
In the event that the delivered package presents any / tampering damage to the packaging, The Customer must refuse delivery by writing on the Waybill/Package Packing Note what was found on the package and immediately notify the Mail Boxes Service Center of Lissone (Mail Boxes: www.mbe.it; email: mbe607@mbe.it; tel: +39 039 4669007), which will make the necessary complaints to the courier, providing a new shipment once received the return of the parcel contested.
In the event that the Customer decides to accept the package in delivery, despite the packaging is damaged and/ or tampered with, Grace’s Wonders is exempt from liability for missing or damaged products. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, in the manner provided for in this document.
15. A document will be inserted inside the package that will certify the execution of the quality control and confirmation of the exact quantity of the garments included in the package.
The Customer will find this document inside the package itself. In case of any problem, contact the Mail Boxes Service Center of Lissone (Mail Boxes: www.mbe.it; email: mbe607@mbe.it; tel: +39 039 4669007) communicating the quality control code reported on the form placed inside the package.
