1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1. The following conditions of sale, together with the sections "Shipping and delivery" and "Right of withdrawal", govern the on-line sale of products and services (sale of fashion accessories) of Grace’s Wonders, based in Lissone (MB), Via Flavio Gioia n. 22 ( Tel.: +39 333 6915063 - email: info@graceswonders.com), which operates on the Internet through its website www.graceswonders.com addressed exclusively to customers pursuant to the Consumer Code "Consumers"
1.2. Products offered for sale may only be purchased and shipped in Italy and Europe.
1.3. The acceptance of the order by Grace’s Wonders is automatic, being a computer system. However, Grace’s Wonders reserves the right not to execute orders from buyers not consumers, or foreign, or if it does not have the availability of the product in stock, giving notice to the buyer by the same means of acceptance of the order, within 30 days of sending the same.
1.4. Any contractual or extra-contractual liability of the company for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by failure to execute, even partial, an order, is also excluded.
1.5. These Terms of Sale, as well as the "Shipping and Delivery" and "Right of Withdrawal" sections, may be changed at any time at the discretion of Grace’s Wonders. Each order is governed by the conditions in force on the day of sending the order itself.
1.6.The purchase of Products on the Site is only permitted to those who are 18 years of age.
1.7.The sale of the Products on the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by Articles. 50 and ss. Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, containing the regulation of electronic commerce.

2. SALES CONTRACT

2.1. The purchase of the products takes place through access to the site and registration with the creation of your personal account. By registering, the User provides personal information to Grace’s Wonders by entering it in the appropriate section of the website in order to reach areas of the website with restricted access and in order to proceed with the purchase of the goods. Grace’s Wonders is therefore entitled to use the personal information provided by the purchaser for the above-mentioned purposes and for the purpose of commercial information addressed to the purchaser himself.
2.2.The transmission to Grace’s Wonders of the online order and the payment of the required fee constitute full acceptance of these general terms and conditions and the sections "Shipping and delivery" and "Right of withdrawal".

2.4. The confirmation of the correct receipt of the order is automatic and takes place by e-mail, by means of a message sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain an "order number", to be used in the case of any communication with the company. The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify the correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections
2.5. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives from Grace’s Wonders the Order Acceptance Confirmation and ends with the delivery of the product and the exact payment of the due.
